At Fauconnier Tailoring, we are committed to ensuring your order reaches you promptly and safely. This policy outlines our shipping procedures and your rights regarding the delivery of your items.

Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

We process and dispatch all orders from our facility within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, estimated delivery times within Australia are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days.

  • Express Post: 2–4 business days.

Please note that these are estimates. During peak periods or public holidays, deliveries may experience minor delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the chosen shipping method. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.

Lost Parcels and Delivery Responsibility

Fauconnier Tailoring accepts full responsibility for your order until it is confirmed as delivered by the courier.

  • Tracking: All orders are sent with tracking information. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched.

  • Non-Delivery: If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe or tracking indicates a problem, please contact us immediately at help@fauconniertailoring.store. We will initiate an investigation with the courier to locate your parcel. If the parcel is deemed lost in transit, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for parcels sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
