Consumer Guarantees
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if a product you purchase from us has a major failure.
A product has a major failure when:

Change of Mind
Please choose carefully. As a premium tailoring brand, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for a "change of mind" unless otherwise specified in a particular promotion. We encourage you to consult our sizing guides or contact our support team at help@fauconniertailoring.store before completing your purchase if you are unsure about your selection.
How to Request a Return
